Equipment

Most of our machines were bought as brand new, made by renowned manufactures. Our machinery contians milling machines (3 & 5 axes), die-sinkers, wire-cut machines and one machine for drilling starting holes. Providing high-precision components developed by A.D. Tech would not be feasible without quality control processes. In each process, strict quality checks are performed. Extensive quality control processes enable to ensure expected quality level of provided services. We set our mold standards higher every day, we invest in advanced quality control and measurement equipment. It allows us to correctly set and control all parameters on each step of production. We are able to properly set details, control geometry, dimensions, generate and adjust programs during treatment process. We implement system of identification chips for each detail and tool. Palletizing and grip of electrodes are supported by Erowa work holding system. Properly prepared information is sent to our machines by LAN connection. We also have possibility to remote control a few of our machines. Our machinery:
